The OACES Printing & Promotions Program is an integrated literacy program that focuses on obtaining a high school equivalency diploma through exposure to an introductory experience in the field of graphic communications.
The Printing & Promotions Program focuses on designing and producing quality print and promotional items. In this class students will learn the theory behind what they are designing and producing. Starting out with a concept, students will learn to design a product that meets or exceeds a customer’s expectations. After designing the product, they will be afforded the opportunity to have actual hands-on experience of producing it.
Training Duration: 3-6 months.
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 9 AM – 3:30 PM
Class open to: All students.
Prerequisites: Exemplary attendance, good communications skills, a good work ethic and a passion to embrace and learn advanced skills and techniques. Also the ability to work well with others, both fellow students and customers.

• The average annual salary for entry level, full-time positions in the industry is $22,000. As your work experience and skills increase, salaries rise considerably.
• Post-secondary education includes two year programs in Graphic Design and four year courses of study in Imaging Arts and Sciences.
